VVM horrible people to talk to. No manners

So Telkom handed me over to Nu debt for an account I had and it was cancelled. Then it was cancelled at Nudebt and handed over to VVM without even notifying me. Now I've already started paying off Nu debt. Now VVM comes with a different amount then what I originally had at Nudebt. Why is the amount changing every mont. Makes me wonder🤔. Even after I started paying more than my arrangement. Very very rude individuals and dont want to listen to the questions I have asked. And I can see from the complaints that they don't reply aswell. Also makes you think🤔🤔 wonder who is making money here????? Maybe Telkom and VVM together in this????? Plus Telkom has no response to this and very very hard to get a hold of regarding this matter.
