VVM has no respect for consumers personal information

These people are really the worlds most annoying call centre agents for various reasons 1) They sms you to remind you to pay and call every single number you have available again to REMIND YOU (I think the sms is truly enough) 2) They sms AND call to say thank you when payment has been received again ON EVERY NUMBER THEY HAVE ON THEIR SYSTEM 3) For me personally, I have created a stop order have told them about this NUMEROUS times but i still get WEEKLY calls to REMIND me as if the ********** 49303 calls and smses before aren't reminder enough AND well-Here's the cherry on the cake, I received one of those reminder calls yesterday but answered and told the agent to call me back in 5 minutes as another call was coming through, i dont know which genius it was but the called my landline to which my mother answered and the agent proceeded to give all my confidential information to my mother which i dont mind as its my mum BUT is this the way we conduct business???? Not even a few minutes later they call again to "remind me" but i did not know about the call to my landline and then received a number of texts from my mother who was highly upset at me that i was now "in debt" which is what the VVM representative told her and which is not true because I am making my monthly payments by debit order and the amount is not even substantial. I am highly embarrased by what happened to me in regards to this company and i expect answers from somebody because my personal information is at stake here they can give it to anybody and the number provided for the company does not work and the call centre line convieniently doesnt connect to speak to an agent so i need answers. I have a right to my privacy i believe and this was a glaring abuse of that right.
