VVM harassing me

to whom it may concern

i am sick and tired of VVM calling harassing me on my personal cell phone , at first i understood that it could be a wrong number they had called but now this has been going on for over 6 months . they call me not less than 10 times a day , during the week and even on weekends and now they have extended their measures and they sms me .

they are looking for a Olga Lindiwe Zwane on *** and on numerous occasions i have told them i do not know the person nor have i heard of her . Some of the agents calling me they will call me a **** and tell me i must stop hiding her and they would even tell me i am a stupid and they will continue calling this number till they find who they looking for .

today i spoke to Thabo who is the supervisor and explained my frustration to him and there is no accountability from the guy , there is no assurance and sense of taking responsibility and he could not even commit to any timelines let alone assure me that this will be taken care of , i explained to thabo that i have complained before and was told my number will be removed and nothing happened , further told him that he is telling me what i was told before and all the guy could say was that they will escalate to their manager .

i am enough of being harassed by the call center agents , i am enough of getting olga's calls , why are they not using XDS or transunion to trace for this person they looking for , why are they not making notes on their system that i am not the person they looking for
