VVM Debt Collectors - unprofessional
I received a call from a VVM rep during working hours who explained that my TV License was in arrears and had been handed over. I explained that I would settle the debt as soon as I had been paid at the end of the month. The lady was polite and professional and she then sent an sms detailing our arrangement.

However, I continued to receive calls at all hours of the day from VVM consultants. Initially I took the calls and explained that I was aware, but after several calls a day I started either ignoring the calls or switching my phone off. The final straw was a gentleman who called me at 8:44pm and had the nerve to ask me how he was harassing me when I told him that I had already had a discussion with his colleague and we had put a plan in place.

I understand I was in arrears, but one phone call in which I cooperate is more than sufficient. To receive 6/7 calls late at night is very very annoying!! Stop it!! Conduct yourselves like professionals - not some back door debt collectors! Disgusted!!!!
