VVM Debt collectors

VVM contacted me about an outstanding Vodacom account . I had cancelled this contract in November. The 1st SMS actually went to my bosses cell number that Vodacom hasn't even got on record. Numerous phone calls from them about this account. Eventually I contacted them, they stated i had an outstanding balance and I said the contract had been discontinued and i even got a SMS from Vodacom saying that 1 Jan 2022 it would be changed to a prepaid. I asked how on earth they had got my bosses number and that they had really put me in a terrible situation. They gave no answer. Is this company for really or just another ****??????? I will be taking this up with Vodacom.
