VVM DEBT COLLECTORS / ATTORNEYS - HARASS PEOPLE!

Also known as VVM Debt Collectors Harassing us phoning 3 - 5 times a day! According to them my husband had a Cell C account which is in arrears. He NEVER had a Cell C account. I asked them by email for the Cell C contract that is on his ID number, they only respond with they did not receive any further information from their client. Phoned Cell C my husband's ID number is not on their system. I think they catch uneducated people this way, this is not acceptable! Where else can we report them?
