VVM Debt Collections - Inefficient

T.Franca account paid up in full on the 11th June 2018. to date, 18th July 2018 still waiting for the confirmation letter the account is now paid up. Telephone gives an option to call client back which does not work. Every time to phone costs R15! Ntantla I spoke to on the 16th July 2018 promised to get back to me and I am still waiting.
