VVM

I had an account with Edgars, and it was handed to vvm. I called them to get the Settlement letter, I paid the account that was last year September. I've been calling them to get the paid up but no one assisted me. Yesterday I went to Edgars and they told me the letter was sent to Natasha at vvm and the account is close. When I called vvm I spoke to an agent and he gave me a WhatsApp number for vvm, I sent the WhatsApp about 30mins ago no one is responding. I'm so frustrated because I'm still listed as a slow payer and that I haven't paid the account for 2 years.
