Vvm ******

I had taken up a loan at capfin in 2017 due to financial difficulties I couldn't pay the loan and my account was handed over to vvm I got a call from their consultant saying I could pay the loan at a discount of which I did. My problem is that I never got any response from them saying I payed up the loan last year November but what I see in my credit record is that I still owe them the money that was discounted, and I keep on getting massages saying I must pay them. I don't understand if this is a **** or what. Please help
