VVM continue with harassment for TV license where Proof of payment was provided by means of bank statements (payment was a debit order) claiming 4 times the amount due

I have been receiving phone calls, emails and sms's from VVM now for 2 months for a TV license which is already paid. Was a debit order off my bank account. I have provided copies of statements for 3 years of history. They are trying to claim 4 times the amount of the actual payment of R265per year stating I owe R1081. Utter *******!!! You are committing ***** and none complaint with the debt collectors Act 114 of 1998!!
