VVM collector's gives middle finger to Ombudsma

If you have a call centre u should think twice before you hire anyone working for VVM debt collectors. They are extremely rude to the point they told me they don't give a middle finger about any of the debt ombudsman collector's conduct prescriptions. If you want your debt collection company to suffer millions in civil claims and penalties from the ombudsuman then use rude collectors from VVM attorneys! I wonder why Home choice & Edgars are using this bad attitude monsters that only fuel the anger of clients without getting a solution?
