VVM ******

I settled my Markhams account with this ****** on the 008th of February 2024, till today they are refusing to send me a paid up letter, lying about waiting for TFG to authorize the paid-up letter. This morning I devided to call TFG only to be told that they don't authorize a paid up letter for a handed over account, TFG even said once the account is handed over and settled the company handling the account at thay specific time must forward me a paid up letter, not ask it from them. I heard that they don't send us our paid up letters because they tend to reopen these settled accounts after a while and claim that one owes a certain amount, which normally is the amount which was excluded when they were offering a discount. I spoke to 2 supervisors who work for VVM but say different stories when it comes to the paid up letter issue, I can only remember 1 manager who's name is Dumisani
