VVM bunch of ********

So my account was handed over to vvm by home-choice earlier this year,i have been paying my monthly installments to vvm as arranged, i receive monthly sms reminders with the amount due but funny thing is the money is not going down it keeps going up,i called their call center the lady that in spoke to said"you should pay double the amount, e.g if you are asked to pay R100 you should pay R200 " her words exactly which does not make sense to me.this guys are a bunch of ********!!!!!!! i could not find the email address for vvm hence i put the one for home-choice.
