VVM Bad service

It has been going on for one year now. I keep on sending my documentation to VVM and they keep on phoning me and my family. Do you people dont keep track of a persons id number. Your call centre people are rude and do not give a person a chance to talk. Stop phoning me this is harrassment. Aftr one year i would of thought that my documents submitted would of been attended to.
