VVM Attorneys - ***********, UNEDUCATED AND FRUSTRATING

If I could give this company a zero rating, I certainly would. I have never dealt with such incompentent people in my entire life and the fact that they represent themselves as attorneys is scary. In April 2018, I paid an amount owed to Fedhealth Medical Aid. I was not aware of the debt owed as I had left the aforementiond medical aid 3 years prior but, upon being informed of the outstanding debt, I nevertheless paid same. After being issued with a paid up letter from Fedhealth on 4 April 2018, I thought that all phone calls, emails, etc would come to a stop but, boy was I mistaken. During December 2018 I was bombarded with SMS's and phone calls from VVM Attorneys threatening me with legal action regarding the same debt I paid in April. I explained to them that I had received a paid up letter in April 2018 and would send the letter to them on 14/01/19 when the company I work for opened its doors. On 14/01/19 I sent the letter to them as promised and after not receiving any further communication from them, once again thought everything was sorted out but, I was once again mistaken. Yesterday, 6/03/19 I received another sms from them for the same debt threatening legal action. I cannot believe their level of incompetence, it is so frustrating. I dont know what to do anymore. When you call them they tell you to email the documents and when you email the documents they obviously do not update their systems.
