Vvm attorneys have NO CLUE

Had a loan with Direct Axis that had cover in the event of retrenchment. Their attorneys are VVM WHO CALL ME 6-8 times DAILY despite the fact that I’ve told them I had insurance. Today they called yet again. Explained they are direct axis LEGAL DEPARTMENT but when I asked for the number for direct axis they did not have it. Is this a joke?
