VVM Attorneys complain

<p>I have been receiving calls and sms for the last 3 months from VVM legal collections informing me that I must pay my Truworths account. I called VVM numerous times informing them that I do not have a Truworths account and they refer to me as Mr AM Lekhotso, whereas I am not . Promises were made that my number will be removed from the database however that has not happen. I amstill getting the calls.</p> <p>This is a sign of *********** organisation that is incapable of segmenting and cleaning their database. VVM I AM TIRED OF YOUR CALLS AND SMS, YOU SPEND MONEY CALLING/SMS THE WRONG PERSON, CLEARLY YOR PROCESS AND BUSINESS STRATEGY SUCKS, I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THESE CALLS/SMS. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR COLLECTION SYSTEMS.</p>
