All relevnt steps were followed and documented, in writing. Out of the blue I have VVM harrasing me. I asked them to check their instruction from Cell C and let me have the Statment of Account with reason for handover. NEVER to be seen and now, again they keep calling like mad people stating an outstanding of R537.93. I ask, how is the amount made up? Where is the account statement from 11/6/2024. Now I get several different non understanding humans calling and not one understands english, let alone accounting. They cannot understand what I am asking them to do and that is Go back to Cell C and ask them to explain. Everyone is wasting time and energy and in the process messing up my credit record for R537.93 which is not outstanding.
