Vvm attorneys are open alocator listing on my name for the account I hv never opened

I was informed by the VVM attorneys that there is being an information done in respect my credit profile on CPB credit bureau,they say I have an account with homechoice.i have never open any account with homechoice in my life.i phone homechoice consultent he checked the account it was open on my details but the address and the cellphone numbers are different are not mine,please advice what can I do to remove my name on their CPB,I never opened an account before
