VVM annoying calls to wrong number.

I keep getting calls from this company but they are calling the wrong person. I have tried to advise them of this but they won't listen and seem to think im lying and seem more sure of this when I refuse to share my identity - I do not trust them and have no idea who I'm talking to so i am not comfortable with giving them any information about me. The Last straw was being woken up by this annoying call yet again just before 9pm tonight. I don't understand why I'm being called outside of business hours even after requesting that my number be removed from their system.
