VVM and SABC Tv Lic??

I have just received an sms stating the following: "The SABC has handed your TV lic acc to VVM. the balance of R6714.50 is due. Call ********** 214 or reply to this sms for assistance." I called the number an they do not want to send a statement or give you the information regarding this account. If you work the amount of money out i would have been 17 by the time i opened this account how is this possible? I bought a TV 2 months ago for the first time and paid for the TV lic. I even googled the VVM and landed up with a company based in Randburg. If you call that number and ask for assistance they only transfer you to a machine that takes your details. For a person to receive a sms out of the blue claiming that you owe money but no one can send you the proof of this ugly accusation. Is this a **** or must we be worried about your name being black listed!!
