Violation of civil rights

I was contacted by VVM about a contract I so-called cancelled on Vodacom. They absolutely terrorised me for R348.20. I was called, sms'd and just plain frustrated all the time. After I made an arrangement it got even worse!!!! They just never let up, even when I had already paid up the amount they "discounted" which was our arrangement. And they never got back to you on queries. I have a letter as long as my arm sent through to their complaints manager. Nobody to this day, including Vodacom, can tell me what the device was on this so-called cancelled contract. I just had to pay for something I did not do or partake in...........
