Very bad Service

worst service ever keep calling for money after sending an email saying that their work no longer with my account ask statements nobody can assist the manager was investigating my case and just never came back to me after i said I'm not going to talk to a consultant anymore because I will not repeat myself to them they also said I **** a arrangement with then for a certain amount which I not did after they send me an email that they do not deal with my account any more really wondering if the call's are recorded as they say if I asked them go back to the calls that was recorded the previse time when we had the same conversation they just said I don't have time to do so
