This company goes around ****ming people by collecting and then never clearing their names. I immediately paid my account which was handed over to this company by CELL C the moment I was notified of the hand and they were supposed to give me my settlement letter within 21 days. I have been waiting for almost two months now for my settlement letter. I am unable to move on with my life because of this account reflecting negatively on my credit report and every time I get told that we have requested the letter I will send it to you. Their stuff is pathetic and the service level is 0%. Companies should refrain from handing People's accounts over to ****mers like Van De Venter Mojapelo-Infinity who thrive at making clients miserable by not doing what is right by them. This company has no empathy and no regard for another human being they lack customer service skills and they are the worst debt collectors I have ever had to deal with in my life. I want my damn Settlement letter!!!!!!!!! NOW!!!!
