Van De Venter Mojapelo Inc (VVM) Is A ****!

My Vodacom account was handed over to VVM for collections. On the 14th August 2024 I made an arrangement with VVM that I will settle my debt on the 15th August 2024 and I honored my arrangement. To date (04 September 2024) my Vodacom account has not been restored. I have spent hours on the phone with VVM and Vodacom and still nothing has happened. I am exhausted. I should have just made a payment directly to Vodacom. VVM is a ****!
