Utter disgrace!

This company is handling arrears of Edgars accounts. My account is nearly paid off. As I am not sure what the balance is to pay I have been requesting a final statemet so it can be settled. No such luck! All they send you is automated responses. I have been trying trying since October 2020 which was the last time they even acknowledged my payments - each paid regulary. I live in the U.K - so i am making payments in Sterling. The last time I got a message from them was last month - asking me to send proof of payments. I sent from October until the latest payment every month. But it doesnt help as they have simply have not updated my account .. so sorry Edgars... but you wil have to wait for the few hundred Rands that I owe you... and get yourself a decent debt collecotor/ attorney that actuatlly correspionds with people.
