Unprofessional agent Thami Dlamini

I would like to lay a complain against Thami Dlamini, his unprofessional, i am aware that I am owing but I don’t deserve such treatment . I have been a debt collector before and I don’t render being rude to our debtors.

I called VVM to make an arrangement for my account, I asked him for the banking details and he told me that he will debit my account which I refused based on reasons . He didn’t even ask why i am saying that , said he will debit my account even if it’s in minus , he didn’t even get to just inform me about how VvM works if the account is handed over , he said to debit an account it’s terms and conditions, but which conditions because I don’t have a contract with VVM? Only difference is that my account is handed over to you guys .

I asked him whom is he reporting too he said he doesn’t know because I wanted to lay a complain . I asked him 3 times.

I am not sure why is he still employed there . If his a top collector it’s good for VVM but his has a stinking attitude

He then dropped a call on me.
