Unjustified enrichment

I recently made a payment into this account by mistake and for 2 weeks I have been getting the run-around regarding sending the money back to me. Documents were sent and sent again - because a fax was broken (Who uses faxes anymore)<br> Bad , even hostile attitude from call center staff and the buck was passed from an agent, to finance, to queries who could not even give me a time-frame as to when I will get feedback. Appalling!!!!
