Truworths handed me over to VVM, even when I paid without salary

When lockdown started 26 March 2020, I send to all my accounts letters from my work, that we will not receive any salaries, so Truwoths never contacted or respond to my emails, and I still payed more than my installment every month( still no salaries) but I made my payment every mont, then I tried to contact them for arrangements for payment(because we received loans from my company, and had to start paying back) only to find out they handed me over to VVM, and never stopped calling me and harrassing me for money i do not have, Up to December I payd of my loan at work, and that is why i app**** for consolidation loan, and get rejected now to try and pay my truwoths account in full. and also they handed me over so i am on listing now and bad name( my own bank and finchoice assisting me in covid 19-helping with skip a payment etc. but truworths just no reply even with proof from my company. I hope they close down for good, by treating customers like this.
