TIRED OF THE HARRASING MESSAGES

Please help me!!! I had an account with African Bank which was written off. I was then contacted and offered a settlement figure to pay the account off, which I settled on the 14 September 2017 and the proof of payment was emailed to the relevant parties been Strauss Daly Attorneys.

There after I started receiving emails and text messages telling me I have not paid the account by VVM DEBT COLLECTORS and I sent them all the relevant proof of payments and corresponding emails on the 11 October 2017.

To date I am still receiving harassing text messages telling me I need to pay and settle the account or they will proceed. I am so angry cause I have even called vvm explaining and they tell me they will sort it out and to ignore but how can I. It is now the 06 November 2017 and this matter is still not resolved. Please help me.
