This company violates POPIA
Your debt collectors are lazy, roll their files and ignore it when I tell them I am not the person they are looking for. They have repeatedly violated the POPI act by sending me an sms with the person's personal information anyway. I have sent several Whatsapp messages and informed the people calling for months that I am not the person they are looking for. I am a woman they are looking for a man. If they do not stop harassing me I will start looking into reporting their violations.
