The worst service ever experienced!!

I paid up my account with VVM and requested a paid up letter in October 2014. Nothing was sent and after a year, I am contacted from a different agency advising my account is still open and accumalated fees. I have called VVM numerous times and each time I'm given a different story from the agents. No managers are available to speak to, no follow ups are done when promised and I am sent back and forth having to explain my story each time! I WANT THIS FOLLOWED UP AND RESOLVED ASAP!!
