Terrible service

Bunch of ****mers , I was referred to them by Vodacom they had to deduct 3 payments they deducted 4 times and kept the 4th payment then closed the account, I’ve been trying to call them asking for a refund they’ve been sending me from pillar to post with no assistance, the last time I contacted them I was assisted by Olebogeng Dikutle who asked for proof of payments I sent them he then started ignoring my emails, I’m so disappointed in this company and their conduct, when they refer you to them rather opt for manual payments than a debit order,or refuse to work with them at all,they are ****** and I still want my money back
