Terrible Customer Service

VVM Consultants are awfully rude. Two weeks ago I received a call indicating that I have been given a discount, provided that I settle my account before the end of October. I asked how long it would take to receive a settlement letter once the account is paid up; I was told it would happen immediately. On the 8th of October, I made payment. This morning, I called in to request a settlement letter. The lady on the other end was plain rude and did not help in any way. I'm really disgusted by the service I received
