TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICES

I had an account over due so i paid it off in a large sum of money on the 25th of January 2016, i was then instructed that a full paid up letter will be issued and emailed to me within 2-3 working days ! it is now the 10th of February and yet nothing ! i have been trying to get hold of the company and i am constantly being transfered to different agents ! not only is this wasting my airtime but my time aswell! and NO ONE is able to give me a response as to where this letter is ! this is rediculous ! they phone constantly to make payments but once payments are made they become impossible to get hold of ! <br> <br> i have asked countless times to speak to a manager and i keep getting transfered to a number that just goes to voicemail then i have to cut the call and begin again! <br> <br> i am highly frustrated with this client service ! it is unacceptable and highly annoying ! <br> <br>
