Telkom Debt Collectors

We cancelled our Telkom account earlier this year (2019) and am being harassed by VVM Debt Collectors for money owed to Telkom. We requested numerous times that the documentation be e-mailed to us but to date no e-mail has been received. They contact us during working hours, after working hours, during weekends. The call centre agents are rude and uninformed phoning numerous times during the day.
