Telkom debt collecters are understandable and don't understand

Telkom Debt Collectors shouldn't be allowed to talk on a phone. They don't speak clearly and don't understand what you say/mean. I made a Telkom payment two weeks ago, and it already reflects on my account. No what now???? Vvm get your facts straight before you call me.
