Struggling to get my paid up letter

My vodacom account was handed over to them and they sent me a settlement amount and paid it off in March 2023, i asked for a paid up letter to date they are failing to send me instead they keep on saying i must check my junk mail of which its not even there, the next thing im told that the account has been withdrawn and i must contact vodacom.
