Struggling to get a settlement letter from VVM Attorneys and RCS

I am having a serious problem with with vvm attorneys. I was handed over to them by RCS which I had an outstanding balance with & I contacted them in order settled my account and they informed me that the account is already with VVM because they handed me over to them. Then contacted VVM and they gave me the settlement amount and I settled it the same day which was on the 7th of March 2025 and I was informed to wait 14 to 21 working days before I can receive the paid up/ settlement letter, I've made several follow ups with them after 21 working days and they still can't assist me, they said they are waiting for RCS to confirm the payment, then I decided to contact RCS to try to find out what may be the delay & they emailed VVM to confirm if we have settled the account or not & there was no response from VVM with regards to that, then after few days to send the proof of payment to RCS & still no response from their side, I tried to reach out to them but I'm not getting any help then I decided to reach out to hello Peter because I'm now helpless. Kindly assist with because I urgently need that settlement letter.
