My account from Jet Stores was handed to VVM Attorneys there after I settled the account in September 2022, when I requested a paid up letter they refuse even though I have proof of payment. They are saying I don't appear on their system. After they conducted their investigation which 21 days on two occasions still refused to issue paid up letter. These people are toying with our wellbeing
