Spam SMSs to the wrong person

Hi There . . i have been receiving SMSs for a long time now addressed to Mr J Links . . I am not Mr Links and I have never had an account with Truworths . . i have called and explained this many many times and they promised to delete my phone record from the system but still they coming . .a lady at Truworths Lynn Booysen tried to fix the problem and she says VVM are sending the SMSs and I must contact my service provider to stop them redirecting them to me. Just stop sending them! It's simple.
