Someone please help me understand!!

WOW!! what a wow. so my RCS account has been handed to VVM attorneys and i have been chatting to one of the consultants whom i wished to make payments arrangements with, and when i asked for email proof of our arrangement , supervisor Luvhuno advised that they couldn't provide me with it as it against company policy. i am fumbled as this are the same people who want to collect money from me.
