SO CONFUSED

<p>around June a guy from vvm debtors called me on behalf of identity that my account was handed over and he didn’t bother to check that I already had an arrangement with identity on the 25th July 750 was debited into my account then I called I spoke to phumzile whom I explained the situation as I identity also debited 750 on my account the 31 of july she told me to make an arrangement with identity i sent an email to identity if they can decrease my instalment I got a reply telling me they can’t as my account was handed over to vvm debtors today i decided to call vvm i spoke to a lady called Sharon i explained my situation to her she then told me to hold then she hanged up I fail to understand why can’t they fix my issue.</p>
