Settlement letter

The most pathetic service from VVM collector..You are fast to pester for accounts to be settled and offers setllements , but I had to wait a month for a paid up letter .Which can still not be produced ? Your agents are *********** and full of attitudes . The are providing clients with incorrect information as they don't know the process .Overall client service does not exist in that place !!!
