Settlement is not a settlement with VVM

I phoned VVM during March 2015 to get a settlement amount from them. An amount was verbally given to me. I transferred more because i know there would be collection commission that must be paid. This was done at the end on March beginning April 2015. Now out of the blue they send me sms'es saying that i havent paid my account. Every time i phone to get clarity or to speak to a supervisor i get put on hold and then cut off. VVM IS LIKE A LOAN SHARK PLEASE BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THEM
