Settlement discount offered by them not allocated and no one is prepared to help resolve the issues

I settled my Vodacom account with VVM last week Monday net of the settlement discount offered by them. I used all the information given by them to make the payment yet they are saying i used an incorrect reference number and they cannot resolve the issue and should wait 14 days for them to clear my account. Mind you i gave the proof of payment immediately after making the payment. It has been 9 days and they are adding another 14 days to resolve an issues with all the information at their disposal. ***
