Settlement discount not given and paid up letter

Hi,<br> <br> My account no***<br> <br> I paid my account up in Aug 2015 and should have received an discount up to date my settlement has still not been processed spoke to Robin Esbend who has no idea what she's doing and can only pick up the phone to a staff member of VVM in one weeks' time.<br> <br> Seriously I waited 4 months for my paid up letter and yet she wants to tell me to wait another week. ref queries department vvm : ***6<br> ref say I'm owing ***2<br> Can someone assists me today as my account is still reflecting in arrears.
