Rude, stinking attitude

Over a month ago I contacted Finchoice to request a settlement discount on a debt I have with them. I was given a number for VVM and advised to contact them since I had just been handed over to them. I contacted VVM and was advised that my file had not been captured as yet, and that they would send me an sms with a discount offer once my details have been captured. I waited 4 weeks and decided to contact VVM again early this week. I was told that people only qualify for a discount 'years' after the debt has been with VVM. I know this is not true because my colleague was offered about 40% discount on her Wonga debt by VVM, immediately after Wonga handed her over to VVM. Yesterday evening I received a call from a woman who was very rude, calling me by my surname. This woman first said VVM does not offer discounts, but went on to contradict herself by saying discount offers ended last week Friday. When I asked why I was not contacted and offered the said discount, she said VVM just got this debt. I know this is a blatant lie.

Can someone with authority give me a call, with a settlement discount offer, so I can pay this debt?
