Rude agents.

Got a call from an extremely rude agent on the 25/04/2022. I answered my phone while in a taxi to tell her to call me in an hour she went on to ask why I answered the phone in the first place, this is the same person who was having a personal conversation on the side when I called. We ended up exchanging words on the call. People have debt that they need to pay but to be called by agents with no soft skills is disgusting
