first of all the rating is more on the level of PATHETIC!!!!!!! back to the review, so like many South Africans, I have found myself unemployed and unable to fulfill my monthly payments to VODACOM. they handed me over to their partner company and oh boy did my life get hellish

This company VVM to keep it short here have increased my total amount owing EVEN THOUGH I made my monthly payments. They mailed me to confirm I'm now handed over to them and on this email there is a link that supposed to take you to your account info, payment plans, and amounts due, only this link DOES NOT work. Further more to get to their email "CLICK HERE" on their web page takes you to another level of gaming on your laptop by pressing on your mouse like there's no tomorrow... now for the cherry on the top.... drum roll.............wait for it........... After being hounded and bombarded with scary sms's about this increasing amount due, I finally asked to make one payment, to which I stated VERY CLEARLY that due to the amount being too much during the December festivities that I will beg and borrow to make two installments within a weeks time apart, the amount was agreed upon and I made that first lump sum to them just after Christmas, my second payment came straight after on the end of week one of this new year.... only to be bombarded once more with scary sms's that I've short paid my account!!!! Can I say ***!!!!!!!!!!!!! now I'm begging and pleading with anyone that will take my call, that there was an agreement and I held up to my side of the deal. Now awaiting if these receipting fees and final payment fees and other god-knows-for-what-fees that they have now charged me can be wavered.

QUESTION- how can a big boss company like VVM or VAN DE VENTER MOJAPELO ***** around with decent people exploiting the weak who are actually struggling to make ends meet already. to make matters worse, they never keep to their promises of returning your call and even they even make false statements in my experience. they sit on their high horses having whiskeys and coffee feet on the table while exploiting us because they represent the so called law. I feel as though our government and our justice system has failed me and us as a people!!

If I were in need of debt collectors I would never ever waste my precious time with a useless company like VVM!
